Commerce Advanced Store Service - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing North Eight Digital Ltd ("North Eight") for your Commerce Advanced Store service. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our Commerce Advanced Store service, subject to the law of England and Wales. By purchasing our Commerce Advanced Store service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Service Description
The Commerce Advanced Store service is designed to provide SMEs with a fully commerce-enabled tech stack, including customisations and additional functionality. This package includes the following features and services:
- 90-minute product discovery session
- Fully-configured Shopify storefront
- Advanced theme customisation (logo, colours, typography, social links, search behaviour, buttons, containers etc.)
- Your own domain
- Branded email setup
- Header and footer design
- Menus setup
- Homepage with 8 content blocks, including a hero banner, featured collection, and video
- 6 landing pages, such as a brand story or promotional offer
- 20 collection pages
- 500 product pages
- Checkout with online payment integration
- Chatbot integration
- Google Sales Channel integration
- Facebook & Instagram Sales Channel integration
- 5 app installs with initial customisation
- Admin panel for 5 users to process orders and manage marketing
- Analytics dashboard and reports
- Legal pages, including Privacy & Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Shipping Policy
- 90-minute handover and product demo
- 2 hours of support for updates, advice, and technical assistance
2. Customer Responsibilities
To proceed with the Commerce Advanced Store service, you are responsible for providing the following information:
- Images for your products
- Website copy, including product descriptions and brand story
- Terms of business, such as shipping and returns policies
- Company information
- Business account for Shopify Payments
- Credit/debit card for Shopify fees (£65 per month)
Additionally, after placing your order, we will provide you with further instructions on submitting the necessary information.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver the fully customised storefront within 60 days from the date of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the complexity of your requirements and the timely submission of the necessary information.
4. Payment
The price for the Commerce Advanced Store service is £10,000, payable in advance. Additional support can be purchased for £100 per hour. Payment should be made through the provided payment gateway during the checkout process.
5. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property rights associated with the Commerce Advanced Store service, including designs, customisations, and configurations, remain the property of North Eight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Modifications and Support
North Eight will provide a 90-minute handover and product demo to guide you through the usage of the Commerce Advanced Store service. Additionally, 2 hours of support are included to assist with updates, advice, and technical matters.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations for the Commerce Advanced Store service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of purchase if you wish to discuss a refund or cancellation request.
8. Limitation of Liability
North Eight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Commerce Advanced Store service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Commerce Advanced Store service or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
North Eight reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will
