Thank you for choosing North Eight Digital Ltd ("North Eight") for your Discovery Day service. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our service, subject to the law of England and Wales. By participating in our Discovery Day, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read these terms carefully before participating.
1. Service Description
Our Discovery Day is an interactive day course designed for business owners and commerce teams. During this course, we will establish detailed requirements for your digital commerce project. The day includes individual Q&A sessions with owners and team members, plenary sessions on strategy, digital marketing, and brand, and culminates in a detailed 3000-word product solutions report.
2. Ownership of the Product Solutions Report
Upon completion of the Discovery Day and receipt of payment, you will be granted ownership of the product solutions report provided to you. You may use the report for internal purposes, such as reviewing and implementing our recommendations for your digital commerce project. However, you may not distribute or sell the report without prior written consent from North Eight.
3. Delivery
We strive to deliver the detailed product solutions report within a reasonable timeframe after the Discovery Day. The exact delivery time will be communicated to you during the course. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements and the workload at the time of your participation.
4. Limitation of Liability
North Eight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Discovery Day or the use of the product solutions report, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information provided in the report. The recommendations in the report are based on the information gathered during the Discovery Day, and North Eight cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the recommendations.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Discovery Day service or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
6. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
North Eight reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
