These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our migration service, subject to the law of England and Wales. By purchasing our Shopify Store Migration - Basic service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Service Description
The Shopify Store Migration - Basic service is designed to assist small commerce stores with migrating their data to a new Shopify store. This service includes the following features:
- Migration of product information, including SKUs, descriptions, prices, and images
- Migration of customer data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Migration of order data, including order numbers, product details, and shipping information
- Migration of inventory data, including stock levels and product variants
- Migration of SEO metadata, including page titles and meta descriptions
- Migration of content data, including blog posts, legal pages, and categories
- Migration of customer reviews, coupons, and manufacturers
We support migrations from various shopping platforms, including WooCommerce (WordPress), Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, BigCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace.

2. Eligibility
The Shopify Store Migration - Basic service is suitable for small commerce stores with 200 products or less and a maximum of 3000 orders/customers. If your store exceeds these limits, please contact our customer support team to discuss alternative migration options.

3. Payment
The price for the Shopify Store Migration - Basic service is £1000, payable in advance. Payment should be made through the provided payment gateway during the checkout process.

4. Delivery
We aim to complete the migration process within 10 days from the date of your order. However, please note that the delivery time may vary based on the complexity of your data and the timely submission of the necessary information.

5. Customer Responsibilities
To proceed with the migration process, you are responsible for providing access to your existing store's data and relevant credentials. Additionally, you must ensure that the provided data is accurate and complete. Failure to provide accurate data may result in delays or inaccuracies in the migration process.

6. Data Integrity and Liability
North Eight will make every reasonable effort to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the migrated data. However, we cannot guarantee that all data will be migrated flawlessly. It is your responsibility to review and validate the migrated data upon completion. North Eight shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or data loss resulting from the migration process.

7. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property rights associated with the migrated data remain the property of the respective owners. North Eight will not claim ownership or use the migrated data for any purpose other than the migration process.

8. Limitation of Liability
North Eight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Shopify Store Migration - Basic service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Shopify Store Migration - Basic service or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
